ANALYST OPINION: We downgrade one of our worst performers, PainCare Holdings Inc. (PRZ), to Neutral rating on uncertainties related to its financial reporting as well as effectiveness of its acquisition strategy. PRZ's stock price declined by  36.5% since we had assigned a Buy rating in November 25, 2005.
