Objective
GEMPICK seeks to identify companies that may be inefficiently priced in the market due to lack of research coverage.
Product
Our product consists of equity research reports with detailed valuation models, updates on material news and earnings releases. We also provide clients access to our analysts for additional information, as needed.
Research free of any conflict of interest
We operate free of any conflict of interests:
- Our revenues have no link to investment banking.
- We do not own or trade shares of any covered company.
- We receive no compensation from any of the covered companies.
- We offer no services to covered company (such as consulting/investment banking).
- We have established a monitoring process to ensure compliance with conflict-free equity research.
Rating System
Our rating system includes following elements:
- Strong Buy: a stock that should perform at least 50% better than Russell 2000 index over the next 6-18 months.
- Buy: a stock that should perform at least 30% better than Russell 2000 index over the next 6-18 months.
- Neutral: a stock that should perform in line with or slightly better than the Russell 2000 index.
- Sell: a stock expected to under-perform by least 30% the Russell 2000 index.
